chicken spaghetti recipe
I have seen several recipes for chicken spaghetti over the years, but my kids like this one the best and it’s the easiest to make. It only has a few ingredients which makes it all the better for me.
Again, I don’t measure when I cook unless I am baking, and then you pretty much have to unless you want the cake to look like a valley when it comes out of the oven.
OK, this is how I make chicken spaghetti
You can use any kind of pasta you like. We use penne, angel hair or regular spaghetti. Cook enough for your family. Boil chicken breasts about three of the individually frozen ones from Sam’s will work. Once the chicken is done cut it up into small pieces.
I use the kitchen scissors to cut up the chicken. I don’t have a food processor. I think I might ask for one for Christmas, but then again I still want a kitchen-aid mixer. Sorry, I got side tracked anyway…..
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, one can of cream of chicken (if your family is average size) We use two cans. Small amount of onion which is optional. Add some cheddar cheese about 1/2 cup, salt and pepper. Mix up all the ingredients. Put it in a casserole dish top with cheese. I usually top it with a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar. Bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes.
To spice it up you can mix in a can of Rotel.
Enjoy!

I will have to come back for this recipe tomorrow. Oh, that will accidentally put another hit on your blog…hee hee! I am pulling for you sis!

Yes, of course you must come back
I am closing the gap. I think, but I can’t go look or I would give him a hit…just kidding.
